      The work is meaningful. Work-life balance is excellent compared to other startups. People are talented, and leaders are caring and relatable.

      The base pay is not attractive, so the main incentive lies in future potential rather than immediate cash

      Strong leadership, team is in lock-step on the company's mission, very high growth. Culture is one of ownership and teamwork with no ego to be found anywhere. Highly collaborative and highly intentional!
