      Strong leadership, team is in lock-step on the company's mission, very high growth. Culture is one of ownership and teamwork with no ego to be found anywhere. Highly collaborative and highly intentional!

      Working at Forage has been such a rewarding experience. The leadership team genuinely listens and empowers us to make changes that matter, and it feels good knowing my work has a real impact. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and full of smart, driven people who care about the mission. It’s rare to find a company that balances innovation with empathy so well, and I feel like my ideas are valued here.

      Not so much a con, but fast-paced environment (which I personally love, but not for everyone).
