Working at Foodsteps has been a valuable learning experience. The team is full of extremely intelligent, capable, and genuinely passionate people who are committed to making a positive impact in sustainability and food systems. The company culture is supportive and collaborative, which makes it a genuinely nice place to work.
Cons
That said, career progression can be very challenging due to inexperienced management and inefficient working practices. While everyone is motivated and talented, these issues often prevent the team from fully realising its potential.
