I am so happy to have joined a company like Flexcompute. The employees here are some of the most intelligent, passionate, hardworking, and kind people I've ever been around. Although my background is not technical, I have been welcomed with open arms and have had amazing conversations with individuals that are shaping the future of simulation technology.
Cons
As is the case with any startup that is scaling toward an emerging technology leader, we are all expected to work hard and be passionate about the hard work that we are doing. However, it is so motivating and inspiring to see the work that everyone puts in, and when you (and your colleagues) are passionate about shaping the future of simulation technology, it makes it that much easier!
