      People are generally good. But I have nothing else to say positive.

      Cons

      Sycophants are rewarded. Delivering value to customers is no longer the focus. Ridiculous process changes. Long hours, unrealistic expectations, unstable product, no testing.... PTO is at a minimum. Focus on 'off shoring' anything and everything
