      Good Learning Opportunity, Poor Employee Benefits

      Pros

      Given a lot of opportunity to learn as a fresh graduate especially for psychology grads.

      Cons

      No medical benefit. Annual Leave very minimal. Ridiculous penalty amount if contract is breached. Workload is through the roof. Had to submit report overtime almost every day. On busy days, you might be working until 10pm. Overtime got no payment. If you wish to accept an offer, negotiate for higher pay. Don’t settle. Work weekends as well. Sometimes schedule is ridiculous and you might be working like 11 days straight.

      Pros

      Most employees are around similar age so it feels like working with friends/peer, seniors are willing to help when you hit a bump in the road, children were very cute and amusing.

      Cons

      Workload can be demanding, no opportunity for increments/salary raise, yearly bonus was laughable when compared to the workload, no proper procedure from the company if you need mental support from demanding cases/children, favouritism can occur when distributing sessions, little to no work-life balance.
