      - Great team atmosphere - Decent benefits - Good salary

      - Quality of projects depends on the client, sometimes you can work in an awesome project and sometimes you have to struggle a bit to push the project deadline, still would recommend anyone

      - nice office - nice benefits - healthcare plan, meals in office, gym card, library - kind and fun people to work with - it used to be great atmosphere

      Cons

      - indecisive management that changes mind, ideas and vision all the time - problems with structure, no people management, no HR - atmosphere changed to chaotic and unstable
