Pros

fully remote, which provides autonomy

Cons

legitimately understaffed, with no real plan for resolving the issue that presses on the backs of the support team.

Pros

Knowledge in a growing and exciting field with people that dont mind helping

Cons

Constant changes in SOP, most management doesn't deal directly with clients so there is a disconnect in the support that can be provided.

Pros

None really. You can work from home on some days and they have snacks available. Sadly that's about it.

Cons

The company favors those in their community, and everyone else is treated as expendable until they replace them with those who know or who are friends with the CEO or his associates. Plus, in the part of Brooklyn, their office is located in one of the worst in the borough.
