      Pros

      - AI product and vision sells well against old tools. - Great timing for growing AI need in the market - Driven colleagues and fast pace. My team is incorporating a lot of AI.

      Cons

      - Releasing features constantly so it is hard to keep up at times - Lots of organizational change. Can be overwhelming but I value the experience still. - The industry is getting competitive which is adding pressure

      Diverse backgrounds and skills from top tech companies. Work withthe best people I’ve had the pleasure of working with in my career Leaders reward performance. glassdoor reviews mentioning that they aren’t recognized are the people who don’t appreciate a high performance culture. Founders are transparent about designing a workplace for people who want to be great.
