Good team but it’s a lot of work

Pros

Company and founders are truly committed to taking care of its employees. Leadership team wants everyone to win. Everyone you work with are fun and high performers, you don’t feel put out or that anyone is working harder than anyone else.

Cons

It’s still a young company that has grown a lot over the last few years so there is a lot still being figured out. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but you have to be adaptable.

Hard Work - Fun Team

Pros

The team is pretty awesome. Lots of different experience levels and backgrounds but they're really great people. The clients are fun to work with. It's a crazy open office that feels chaotic and energetic, but is generally really positive.

Cons

There's SO MUCH to learn about every customer and their unique blends of technology to support. It can be extremely overwhelming, even after you've been there for awhile. Some other reviews mention turnover, and that has been tough. But it has a lot to do with the fact that prior industry experience isn't required, so some new hires just haven't been able to keep up and I can see why that would leave a very negative taste for this company.

Cons

- The guardrails for each role are low but getting more defined as the company grows.
