Last minute shift cuts Complete disregard for employee’s needs Overly greedy hour cuts, given the business’ successful holiday seasons An overbearing and uncomfortable presence from the owner at all times Backhanded feedback or communication from the owner You will lose more than half of your hours and have to ask for an explanation, you will not be told about it at all
