Can't think of anything good to say about this company. They sell bad products to unaware consumers in rural areas where there's more trusting folks. Guess the bonus plan is ok, but few ever hit it and they charge back the bonus with commissions on cancellations.

95% of agents don't make enough money stay with company. I lasted a couple years and saw a room of 20 agents change over every week.

no direct deposit, could benefit from more management training or sharing of experience in stuctured setting as now it is mostly up to the individual to initiate.
