      Pros

      The clientele is nice and typically in wealthy areas which is a plus when it comes to tips. There is a teamwork-centered environment which is helpful.

      Cons

      There are a lot of expectations on the waitstaff, extensive side work, and cleaning duties. Rules are constantly changing, and the company burns through managers. Lots of turnovers.

      Great management and flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      The owner absolutely does not care about his employees unless they are way higher up and make him money. The bottom line here is money and nothing else. No bonuses, company party, or care for employees. This company only cares about money and not about taking care of their employees. The owner could do better with actually caring about staff.
