The company is great and takes great care of you! The staff is a pleasure to work with and makes the job so worth it. Benefits and bonus are a plus, but the job and the fulfillment you get is so much better.

The job is not easy, you have to work hard and keep moving. As long as you are a hard worker, have dedication, and a strong drive all is fine!

The clientele is nice and typically in wealthy areas which is a plus when it comes to tips. There is a teamwork-centered environment which is helpful.

There are a lot of expectations on the waitstaff, extensive side work, and cleaning duties. Rules are constantly changing, and the company burns through managers. Lots of turnovers.
