      literally nothing, everything is decided by management it means only the owner from buying a pin to appointing a cleaner to everything.

      Cons

      you will get rusted. you will be just a implementer and not a manager. sycophancy at it highest with no professionalism and complete self praise by the owner all the time and wastes everyone's time.Everybody are puppets of the owner. No hierarchy, Unhappy faces all round.
