Pros
A Fantastic company devoted to helping people learn and develop. They are willing to really bring you up to speed and are not looking for a "plug and play" style of employee. The benefits are fantastic and the annual AGM is worth working here on its own. There's a real focus on employee fit and talent over knowledge as they use a proprietary system that must be learned even by experienced programmers and developers.
Cons
The work is fairly specific to the Fast system and therefore can be of limited transferability
