Loved it pre telus Amazing people to work with in London office Good culture before covid

Cons

Telus ownership too corporate Lack of diversity Too US/Canadian centric - doesn't act like they have presence in other global regions No real benefits

Pros

- Talent is recognised and rewarded by management - Lots of opportunity to take on responsibility and progress quickly - Exposure to several aspects of the business - Great people and relaxed atmosphere - Free fruit and drink, and lots of social events

Cons

- Not at a very glamorous location - Sometimes longer hours are required, but this is expected for a growing company

Pros

- People are friendly - Good pay - Occasional effort to be social as a team

Cons

- Not an amazing location - Very disconnected employees and teams - Bad communication within teams - Management don't tend to listen to general feedback, if they do listen very little is actioned - No / very little processes in place - No real testing team / process, which has a very negative impact on development / timelines / client facing employees - Very dis organised to the point they have lost very big clients
