- Very disconnected employees and teams
- Bad communication within teams
- Management don't tend to listen to general feedback, if they do listen very little is actioned
- No / very little processes in place
- No real testing team / process, which has a very negative impact on development / timelines / client facing employees
- Very dis organised to the point they have lost very big clients
