      - Talent is recognised and rewarded by management - Lots of opportunity to take on responsibility and progress quickly - Exposure to several aspects of the business - Great people and relaxed atmosphere - Free fruit and drink, and lots of social events

      Cons

      - Not at a very glamorous location - Sometimes longer hours are required, but this is expected for a growing company

      The usual growing pains of a relatively small company becoming bigger overnight Have to be willing to wear many hats
