      Pros

      Team is generally chill and believe in the mission. The work is exciting and although that means it gets hectic, it's fun to be part of something that feels important and dynamic.

      Cons

      Just depends on what your appetite is. If you are looking for slow and steady this probably isn't the spot for you.

      Great company with an amazing vision

      Pros

      Ethyca is on the verge of something great when it comes to finding a solution to our right to privacy online. The company vision is one we all believe in and know that in time it's going to make a huge difference to our confidence and control of personal data privacy. We are facing a huge but exciting technology and design challenge and we're growing the team quickly to achieve this. It's a great time to be part of this journey. As an aside, the company has been excellent in how it has dealt with the sudden impact of COVID-19 recently and with that, has treated all employees extremely well during this time, in terms of our remote working needs and on a personal level making sure everyone remains closely connected to each other during this time.
