      NONE THAT COME TO MIND.

      Cons

      Senior management has no respect for workers on the front lines. Arbitrary decisions are made by looking at numbers on a page, not delving into the added value employees are contributing in terms of customer relations, rapport,etc.

      Pros

      People are nice. Everyone is trying to do their best within their limits. The new building is shiny and very open. Hoping this would create an open communication atmosphere.

      Cons

      Still a disconnected system. And even bigger disconnected teams. Sick leave. Burn outs. High turnover. When people describe how they feel about working at Epicor, the word 'vomit' is not uncommon.

      Pros

      Flex Time, benefits are ok. Opportunities to train oneself with CBT's. Most employees are nice people. An there is free coffee.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunities. virtual salary freeze. Bonus system essentially for project managers only. Inept management. Frustrating experience which has been getting worse over time.
