      Pros

      Great team, everyone pulls their weight going above and beyond in their roles. Good understanding of what it takes to make it, this is reflected in their hiring across the company. CEO is always present and gets feedback from all levels. Great experience so far.

      The temperature in the office can be a bit hit or miss - but that's about it!

      - Management listens to every suggestion posed by any employee - Flexibility with remote work/WFH for COVID - Amazing team - Everyone treated the same no matter the position - Perfect environment to grow and learn
