Pros
When I was accepting the offer, I was told that the company is a leading provider of business and technology consulting and implementation services to the world’s largest law firms. This actually proved to be true and I was really excited to be a part of such a winning team. The technology and procedures we use are second to none. The people here are willing to co-operate. Very congenial atmosphere to work in. Every one is willing to extend a helping hand when desired. The company feels the onus to stick to its promises made to its employees which makes one feel assured of the fulfilment of the promises made. The higher management is easy to access. They are always ready to listen and work towards making the employee feel contented. The President extends a family hand on many occassions which makes one feel a member of the family. The compensation & bonuses awarded to an employee are comparable with any other similar organization. I would like to laud the efforts of the management for organizing the "All Hands" meetings that gives the opportunity to its employees to come together under one roof and understand each other personally.
Cons
One has to wait long for disbursal of performance bonus. The employees often feel huge stress & pressure of work load.
