There really aren't any cons to working at the Denver office, minus the deplorable comments and actions of an individual who single-handedly brings down the morale of almost 200 people on a daily basis. The statements are reprehensible, I was told in order to succeed at this company, I'd have to "fake it until you make it." That deplorable mentality carries over to a truly vile managerial style that does nothing but promote unnecessary micro-management that invalidates efforts done by members on the team, myself included. Which only succeeded in making me feel inadequate and like I was not a valued member of the office. Constant complaints are mustered against this individual to no avail and this imperviousness is a true mystery. This individual personally led me to have overwhelmingly debilitating panic attacks on an almost daily basis which eventually caused my numbers to fall, for me to be forced to leave my desk and sometimes even have to leave early. This was then used against me in order to justify my termination. Multiple co-workers and leads were aware of the situation and but by then, it was too late. It pains me to write all this out and make it public knowledge, but it needs to be seen and heard, not swept under the rug like the company would prefer.
