The offices (new, functional, pleasant); remote work; transparency; company culture; resources (both human and financial). A very large company that still manages to maintain a “human scale” within its teams. A strong company culture, supportive, with transparency and clear shared objectives.
Cons
It can be a bit challenging to advance (due to many hierarchical levels), but there is room to grow and be heard.
