      - Great work/life balance and strong attention to employee satisfaction - internal mobility is encouraged - competitive pay given location (Berlin) and industry (e-commerce) - international environment with colleagues from all over the world (especially in the Markets department)

      Cons

      - company innovation pipeline is not very strong - heavy organization with sometimes unclear/overlapping areas of ownership limiting speed of execution - more and more processes to get anything done
