      - fast paced environment- perfect for learning - quite flexible working hours depending on the team - 30 days of working from abroad - many nice people out there

      Cons

      - big company- just a number in someone’s spreadsheet when big decisions are made - promotions are happening but you are bound to a salary range based on your job family
