Pros
I worked for quite a couple of companies in my life and what I really like is that people are constantly encouraged to take over responsibility for what they are doing. Which for me is the essentially important. Also I'm really a fan of the 360 degree feedback, the split leadership model, the overall transparency, the focus on integration and diversity and all of the opportunities that are offered.
Cons
I honestly don't have that much to complain about. Sometimes I believe that the approach 'one size fits all' was partly lived too long, but we're on a good way.
