Friendly culture, live and fast environment, techie people, great knowledge sharing, many interesting topics to work on, transparency on company statistics.
Cons
Zalando is an enterprise scale company with startup culture, so many policies and procedures are either missing or not mature enough, for example career development topics or awards and recognition, but the higher level management care and try their best to change it.
