      excellent for junior folks to learn and grow. the company is getting more transparent which is a good thing and pays very well to its performers

      Cons

      the culture has changed a bit with some partners becoming insecure and holding onto their spaces rather than exploring new areas. new leaders are pushed to green spaces leading to reduction in growth compared to earlier.
