Pros
Employees are treated equally in terms of growth and promotions. You will get promoted within the first 2-3 years even with mediocre performance. Good salary, esp at senior roles. Peers and managers are friendly and willing to help.
Cons
Under the guise of "best people to work with", the company suffers from horrendous work-life balance. Working long hours is a norm that is accepted by everyone. Even junior employees who are shocked by it early get numb from it after a year and just accept it. Even though you might be an efficient worker and finish your tasks, you're expected to stay and work with your team late into the night.
