COVID lead to some terrible operational ways of working at ZS. They brought in a new CHRO who pushed for unsustainable ways of working, pushed operations offshore and did not match consulting hiring with hiring on the business side. This led to a culture that was anything but people first. They took everything out of your soul and asked for more. COVID was particularly challenging as business demand increased they'd ask for more and more and never provided any meaningful support. They just pushed out anyone that was unable to keep up with the demands meaning, if you couldn't do the work of 3 people, they would exit you. Since the hiring of the CHRO, it has been a rotating door in HR.
