      Good learnings to start the career. Good money post 12-15 yrs experience (once you become partner)

      Cons

      Bad WLB. ZS now dont even recognize that this is a firm-wide problem. They just say that you are not efficient enough 6-8 months bonds with every bonus they give. Culture getting worse day by day. Earlier the company was employee centric but with new management changes, all the policies have changed. They try to harass people leaving the firm for other opportunities.

The company also supports a hybrid work setup, which promotes a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, feedback is generally well-received and encouraged

      Work hours can be quite taxing - as is expected in consulting.
