      You get paid above market rate for a consultant and will learn a lot you're first two years.

      Cons

      The extra 10k isn't worth the hours and the projects get repetitive after a few years.

      Pros

      ZS is one of the few firms that offers a exponential growth path in your professional journey- if you are able to match the speed of the firm and can create an impact. Couple of things that have made me stick with ZS is- transparency, people, culture, quality of work and growth trajectory.

      Cons

      ZS is not deep into Strategic consulting, hence if you are looking for that ZS might not be the firm of choice.
