      Pros

      -V good Culture -People will talk you in a v friendly manner -You may get some good projects under some talented guys of this planet -Free Food and Transport facility -Free CCD coffee , Real Fruit Juice ,Milk , Biscuits (Various Types) , Breads etc -Thats all ..

      Cons

      -If you are thinking to do some out of the box thing, its not for you .. You may have to spend your few valuable months (Since i joined before few months, i am quoting few months) in Excel Sheet what people call Analysis here. -You may have to work for more than 10 hrs per day. It has not happened with me. Still i have seen this situation with others.

Expectations can vary widely depending on the team, which can create inconsistency and pressure. Career growth paths are less structured and require a lot of self-direction. Work-life balance can be challenging at times, especially across time zones.
