      - Amazing bunch of people. It is hard to find a dumb person in the office! - The people are very helpful. ZS has an open door policy so you find help whenever you need it. - The office parties are something else entirely ;) - ZS has some core set of values that everyone follows. This makes it stand apart.

      - Late working hours, although this is changing very fast.
