Pros
Lots of really engaging and bright colleagues. The culture is collaborative and friendly, though a few rouge outliers seem to do well there. Stronghold on Pharma in certain key areas such as sales, sales ops, and BI.
Cons
Company is not clear on what it wants to be. Strength in helping clients with sales and sales ops does not seem to have translated into strengths in strategy or marketing. Struggling to figure out how to not get pushed out of the way as clients are looking to redefine what they do and need real leadership to move beyond a sales focused model.
