Pros

- You're given an outstanding amount of responsibility early in your career. You'll thrive I f you're the type of person who takes the bull by the horns. - Great culture. The Toronto office is filled with smart, collaborative, and all-around good people who care about you. - Flexible hours and work arrangements; they know you work hard, so managers don't care if you need to work from home or come in late - Fractional staffing means you get a lot of exposure in a short amount of time (~25 projects across 11 clients in 2 years) - Meritocracy - You get smart, fast - You can manage personal commitments if you make them a priority for yourself. Leadership wants you to have a life outside of the office. - Minimal travel - The firm has a great history of growth and is expected to continue that way for the foreseeable future (they are actually actively trying to control the amount of growth to a reasonable level so that the culture is not negatively impacted)

Cons

- Typical consulting hours; it ebbs and flows, but expect 50 billable hours per week as a norm - A lot of work is strategic, but some isn't. You need to link up with managers who like you so that you can get the projects you want (again, tyical consulting) - Doesn't have MBB branding - If you are not interested in healthcare, this may not be the place for you (70% of work is healthcare related)

Pros

Everyone is willing to help and support one another, creating a highly collaborative environment. It's a great place to start your career because of the amount of knowledge, mentorship, and guidance available. The company also supports a hybrid work setup, which promotes a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, feedback is generally well-received and encouraged

Cons

Work hours can be quite taxing - as is expected in consulting.
