Pros
The people who work there are very smart and hard working. The London office is quite stylish and easy to get to from several train lines. There is a vibrant social scene, and people genuinely look out for each other at the lower levels. The projects and work are generally analytical and interesting for maths, science and engineering majors.
Cons
The company is run much like a club where people above the consultant level are very cliquey. So, although company overall strategy is quite transparent, daily decisions are taken secretively. The area that I worked in was very badly managed and disorganised. The morale in the team was generally very low.
