      Pros

      You'll find remarkably sharp people working with you and is still a great learning experience for college freshers. Senior management is great in terms of knowledge and consulting skills.

      Cons

      Turning into an operations company with increasing number of bozos being hired for low paying jobs. The work/life balance is extremely worrying - the senior management expects people to work 12+ work hours with ease. On site opportunities have almost vaporized.
