      Pros

      Good offering and they have great control over pharma data analytics landscape. ZS is a leader in the space.

      Cons

      I had terrible experience at ZS - most of the work was excel based and no innovation. The worst still was how they treated me as an individual, and specifically attitude towards women. Most managers consider them less competent and have a bias. It is extremely unfortunate!! It seems leadership also has same attitude towards women and doesn't care.

It's a great place to start your career because of the amount of knowledge, mentorship, and guidance available. The company also supports a hybrid work setup, which promotes a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, feedback is generally well-received and encouraged

      Work hours can be quite taxing - as is expected in consulting.
