      Flat organization; Client interaction. Very friendly people to work with. For someone coming straight out of college my first job taught me a lot.

      Cons

      At ZS, you would often have late work hours. Co-ordinating with US office teams, specially on the west coast is a problem.

It's a great place to start your career because of the amount of knowledge, mentorship, and guidance available. The company also supports a hybrid work setup, which promotes a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, feedback is generally well-received and encouraged

      Work hours can be quite taxing - as is expected in consulting.
