      The firm is growing steadily, leading to improved project diversity and relocation opportunities. Comp is also competitive.

      Cons

      WLB is very poor. The culture is one of chest pumping where high sellers walk on water and are tolerated when breaking company policies. Further, any weakness, grievences or doubts in direction must be hidden and whispered about in private as there is no safety in speaking up.
