Pros
The benefits are really great! They give a lot of incentives to all the employees and directly to the local sales teams to keep you motivated. The commission scale and salary base is really good. Your salary increase depends on your rev so you control your money.
Cons
There have been a lot of people fired due to act violations that all come down at one time. Meaning you may get 1 violation in 1 month but then like 3 weeks later you may get another one for something that makes no sense or seems petty costing you your job. It is coming across as if this is a silent layoff.
