      Pros

      The “came from the bottom & now I’m on top” stories that seem *very* believable. People forced to talk & be nice to me.

      Cons

      1) People forced to talk & be nice to me; it just gets weird & awkward. Please stop. 2) $100 to get access to the website? I’m told that the person who invited you gets a cut of it. 3) The whole “we’re out here helping people”....with hidden high commission products & encouraging people with no financial background (let alone college degrees) to plan families’ financial roadmaps?? The people who buy their products deserve to have their money taken.

This mentorship can help with goal setting, sales strategies, and accountability. . Flexible Schedule As an agent, I had the freedom to build my business on my own terms. If you value flexibility and being your own boss, WFG supports that.

      Commission-Based Compensation Compensation is heavily commission-based with no steady base pay, especially early on. This can make income unpredictable, particularly in the first 6–12 months. High Learning Curve While training exists, a lot of success depends on self-study, persistence, and trial/error in the field. Some find this challenging without strong prior sales experience.
