      - A very large scale product, a lot of learning of different technologies. - Best cultured company - Employee value - Perks - Decent salary - Strong leadership

      Cons

      - If you are working on XO App dev ( XO is workday's proprietary metadata driven functional language) , you don't get to work on real world programming language. If you consider applying to other places then you might find it challenging

      Peers/ co-workers, flexibility, genuine nice co-workers

      Cons

      Lack of integrity and honesty. Sr, Director visited SLC two months ago and held 1:1 meetings to find out what she can do better and tell her something she did know. It was all smoke and mirrors and a waste of travel budget as they laid us all off. Workday get your crap together. You let go of some amazing, knowledgeable individuals that could’ve been moved to other orgs/locations but instead you decided to hand them their walking papers.
