On the surface, the culture is all positive and optimistic. However, this is the kool aid they are peddling because they sell HR software at its core. So it has to be about bubbly personalities and "teamwork" but this is all a charade. They sell DEI, championing women, celebrate diversity which is fine but it's a reverse discrimination when left unchecked.
There is a darker culture that no ones talks about, and everyone just plays along. For example, allowing people to make false claims to the detriment of others should never be rewarded and validated but this happens quite a lot in Workday as shared by colleagues who are impacted. There is no fair and unbiased HR process because HR's job is to produce the "right" results for the company. Working here feels like walking on egg shells as anything you say or how you react can be misconstrued by literally anyone.
