Pros
Benefits are good, work/life balance is OK in the sense that you tend to leave at 5:15
Cons
A general culture of fear and blame has created a nasty and negative work environment, where you are constantly watched over your shoulder to see if you make a mistake which could be used against you. No desire for progress or positive change, as middle management have been in the job for 15+ years and any change would reduce their knowledge of systems and processes. A culture very much stuck in the 80s & 90s (systems stuck there too!), which will put off anyone who is not of the same ilk. Very cliquey in the Bognor office in particular, which has resulted in mismanagement, high turnover of staff at certain levels and a lack of communication with the other offices (perceived to be the enemy)
