Note: it’s been four years since I left WF so some things may have changed, especially under Charlie’s leadership. In my experience, it was not a customer-centric culture; the attitudes and culture that led them into trouble with regulators still permeated the business units; they struggled to retain outside talent with fresh thinking and perspectives.
