Pros
The only pros left for the employee is the generous amount of PTO. By the end of my 18 years there if I chose to work on holiday's it would be upwards of 38 paid days off a year.
Cons
Senior leaders talk about being transparent but they will avoid it at all costs. They will promote underperforms that their biggest strength is kissing but but they say they are a performance based company. They will pay more for people coming in from the outside into positions they are not qualified for then employees with Exceeding ratings and 10+ years in the role.
