Pros
When I first started working for Wells Fargo in 2015, the company provided great benefits (health benefits, bonuses, tuition reimbursement). They really cared about the employees when I first started.
Cons
Now the company has to cut costs and the employees are paying for the repercussions. We have terrible health care, most departments do not offer bonuses, the company has opted to utilize cheaper systems to cut costs. There is no opportunity for movement in the company.
